Troop Physicals set for April 28

Every Scout and registered adult is required to have an annual physical completed on the official BSA Medical Form. Troop 170 will provide free physicals starting at 6 pm on Thursday, April 28, at East Somerset Baptist Church.

Please complete your portion of the forms prior to your arrival. Click here to download the current BSA Medical form. You must also bring a copy of your current immunization record — adults must have had a tetanus shot within the past 10 years — as well as a photo copy of the front and back of your health insurance card.

This is NOT just for those attending summer camp, but is required for all “high adventure” activities such as canoeing, caving, and climbing.

If you are unable to attend, you are still responsible for getting this physical exam and submitting your completed form to the troop as soon as possible.
