A reminder of two events that will be taking place this week:
Friday, March 6 – Color Guard
Scouts will present the American Flag and lead the Pledge of Allegiance prior to the start of competition at the Oak Hill State Warm-up Archery Tournament. Arrive at 5:30 pm at Oak Hill Elementary School in full Class A uniform and neckerchief. Your Troop contact for this service project is Mike Singleton.
Saturday, March 7 – Rotary International Dinner
Scouts will help cooks bring in their food, serve drinks, and assist with cleanup. Meet at the back loading dock of The Center for Rural Development off Monticello Street at 4:30 pm. Wear full Class A uniform, neckerchief, and dress shoes. Be prepared to work outside if raining or cold. Parents/guardians will be called when everything is completed – approximately 9 pm.
