Please wear complete Scout uniform with neckerchief and dress shoes.

New patrols, new patrol leaders

After Monday’s Patrol Leader Council meeting and an all-Troop discussion that followed, it has been decided to merge several Patrols as we prepare to move into another term for our youth leadership.

Essentially, we will be merging the Eagle/Phoenix and Frontiersman Patrols into one, Cobra and Bobcat into a second Patrol, and the Wolf Patrol will remain as is. The two new Patrols will need to select new Patrol names, so be thinking of what you might like. (The Troop will provide new patches at the next Court of Honor on August 20.)

Elections for Patrol Leaders for all three Patrols will take place during this coming Monday’s meeting (June 18), so please plan to attend. Terms for new Patrol Leaders take effect August 1, although we may utilize the new Patrol format during our July outing.
